Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Jammu / Katra

Arrival and drive to Katra. The distance of 80 kms. will be covered in about 2 hrs. Overnight at Katra.

Day 2: Katra

After breakfast trek up for spiritual Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi, after complete performance of the Darshan return to Hotel overnight.

Day 3: Katra–Srinagar

After breakfast drive to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel at Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar local

After breakfast sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of Pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother-in-law of Emperor Jehangir in 1632AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet – weaving factory. Afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and Vegetable gardens etc. Also witness walnut woodcarving and papier machine making demonstration. Overnight in Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel at Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar/Sonmarg/Srinagar

Full day excursion to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold) . Sonamarg lies in Sindh valley stream with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow. Late afternoon drive back to Srinagar.Overnight in Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel at Srinagar.

Day 6: Srinagar/Gulmarg

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts above sea level. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. 0ne can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3hrs.Also enjoy sledge riding on snow or Gondola ride (Cable car) up to Khilanmarg to enjoy the fascinating view of Peerpanchal range and for pony ride. Overnight at Gulmarg.

Day 7: Gulmarg

Full day free for individual activities. One can enjoy horse ride, cable car ride and playing golf. Overnight at Gulmarg.

Day 8: Gulmarg / Pahalgam

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (valley of shepherds). Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipora ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. Drive through pine forests. Arrive Pahalgam transfer to hotel. Afternoon feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Overnight at Pahalgam.

Day 9: Pahalgam/Airport

After breakfast leave for Srinagar Airport which will take 3 hours to reach the airport to connect the Flight for Delhi.
